The Belli Suite

Situated on the first floor
(Italian, 2nd fl. American) of
an 18th-century building
that sits between two
complexes from the Middle
Ages, the Belli Suite
apartment is located on a
tranquil and picturesque
stretch of Via della
Lungaretta, the ancient
‘Transtiberina’ road, which
in ancient times (and still
today) marked the historic
‘main street’ of Trastevere.
The apartment is composed of an entry
foyer, a master bedroom with a queen-size
bed, wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with
bathtub/shower combo, a fully-equipped
kitchen (full-size refrigerator and freezer,
gas stovetop, microwave, all cooking
utensils), and an open floor plan dining area
that adjoins the living room (complete with
a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep 2 people).

There is a wooden-shuttered window in
both the kitchen and the living room
overlooking the street, as well as a
full-length glass-paneled door in the
bedroom and a window in the bathroom
that face an area containing other
neighborhood apartments. Since the
bedroom doesn't face a street, noise is kept
to a minimum. Off the bedroom there is a
small patio that can be used for hanging
clothes.
The Belli Suite is one of just three
apartments located in the building
you see in the photo above, giving
you unparalleled privacy and a
sense of having your own private
retreat in the heart of the city.

You'll feel just like a local when you
turn the key to enter the building,
side-by-side with the
red-checkercloth tables at the
Roman restaurant downstairs!
